Houmas House offers Nighttime tours, Wednesday through Sunday.
Notice: We will close early on Friday February 17, the last tour is at 4 PM and Latil's Landing will be closed for the evening.
 Old South Tours now offers round-trip tours from the French Quarter in New Orleans. We will pick you up at 10:30 a.m. and will return around 4:00 p.m. The price is $59 for adults and $40 for children 12 and under.

Houmas House Plantation and Gardens is open on Monday and Tuesday from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. and Wednesday through Sunday from 9 a.m. until 8 p.m.
Closed only on Christmas and New Year's
Day.
Visitors to Houmas House are considered guests, not tourists,
and the experience is like visiting a friend's home.

Our specially trained tour guides enjoy their subject
and their guests. They are more than happy to answer questions
or engage requests for more information. The plantation is
staffed with plenty of guides to keep groups small and the
presentation tailored to what is most interesting to guests.
Whether you're being guided through the mansion with its
artwork, artifacts and antiques or discovering the beauty
of the immaculate gardens and grounds, you will quickly understand
that a visit to Houmas House Plantation and Gardens is a unique
experience.
